If you are a mental health professional using our platform, you represent that you hold all necessary licenses, certifications, and insurances to practice in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for your interactions with clients and for complying with all applicable laws and ethical codes. Think Doctor Assessments does not supervise or control practitioner-client relationships.
Practitioners may have access to aggregated, anonymized data for analytical purposes. Any client data obtained through the platform must be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and professional standards.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US, IF ANY, DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY.
